Dosage taken daily of ALA is rather important. We prefer a person to take 2 capsules a day of ALA, at a dosage of 200mg per capsule. Take each capsule 3-4 hours apart for the most benefit.
Several ALA supplements contain 500mg or 600mg per capsule. That amount is far too high.
